How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Mechanicalscientists Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Mechanicalscientists Tree Service
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Mechanicalscientists Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@mechanicalscientists.living and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help as well.
